plus headache.plus migraine.
after having swallowed two painkillers i felt that they are stuck in my throat hindering any oxygen.
lately i'm exhausted and i can't handle it.sleep's not enough.
i can't make up my mind if it's physical or mental or psychological but lately i've become aggressive.
and that's not me actually.

pls find me a yoga or whatever way to breath in and out
and relax my brain off.thanks.
